The stage is set for the draw for the FIFA U-17 World Cup 2017 to take place on July 7, 2017, at the Hotel Sahara Star located in Mumbai. In the close second, there is Brazil with 3 trophies in their bag. Ghana and Mexico have won the tournament twice. Saudi Arabia, Soviet Union, France, and Switzerland have managed to get hands on the trophy for once. Nigeria is the defending champions of the FIFA U-17 World Cup 2017 but has failed to qualify for this edition of the tournament.
